I have worked at a few business improvement districts and in collaboration with many more.  I was the Executive Director for a smaller Business District in Northern California for a year.

I pride myself on rebuilding an organization in array from the basic building blocks to a solid non profit.  I leaned many expenses that were outdated or excessive.  I started with a staff of one to a staff of four.  And worked closely with the board, city, and community to have a consistent focus, vision, and mission to grow from.

I have ran a few community art projects and community events in City Heights San Diego.  When COVID started I was the lead for North Park Main Street in assisting businesses with Parklets.  I helped many go from concept through permits and completion.  I helped bring some music events to Downtown Vacaville in order to bring activation and place to the Town Square.

I have an undergraduate degree from University of San Francisco in Politics and a Minor in Public Service.  I have completed my coursework for a Masters in City Planning at San Diego State.  With an unofficial focus on Economic Development.  Pending a thesis (on Business Improvement Districts across California) for degree.  The 2nd half of my studies where effected by the COVID pandemic.  Scheduling completion of the program-thesis as soon as possible.

In City Heights I helped orchestrate the Avenue Fiesta Taco Tuesday event that lasted two years.  It brought businesses and neighbors outside to enjoy some music, art,  drinks and tacos.  In Downtown Vacaville I ran many events from wine strolls, to music events, to an Oktoberfest, and more.

My wife and I had a small farm business, Quantum Microgreens.  We were in and around Farmers Markets for eight years.  I assisted the market manager at three markets.  2023 I ran the Downtown Vacaville Farmers Market.  I have many ideas, best practices, relationship with farmers and other vendors, and a variety of sizes.
